Love is like a rose. It is beautiful, fragrant, delicate and also it has thorns and if it is not nourished properly, it fades. If you forcely and selfishly pick it for yourself it fades too.
You approach the rose of love carefully. Leaves are fragile. Handle it in a right way, unless you get jab by the thorn.
To know how to cultivate love is an art all of us learn during the way of life. Some of us will understand, some will never learn, but everybody hopes to master it. Why is it so difficult?

wow, this is like a song or a poetry I read long ago. I think it was an indian poet in sanskrit or pure hindi.
ReplyDeleteRose, beautiful, thorns,
Love and its cultivation are an ongoing learning process. Just like everything in life. We think we mastered it, but soon we realize that we are just beginning. That is why all true masters are so humble.
The magnitude of knowledge and information and knowledge that needs to be discovered in this world of ours is enormous. One life time is not enough even to know our own self, then comes the part of knowing the others.
But the basic principles are same with love and living. Live life filled with love and feelings of love and it will automatically make you feel energized.
And just like life, love also at every step is a step towards self discovery.
I think love is like a seed that gets planted and needs the most care and nourishing of two people to make it grow stronger and bigger with time.
Others may say it is also when babies are born true love and bond forms between two people.
And then they are on the journey of bringing up the baby and helping it grow in the world.
What do you think? :)
Here is an interesting exchange between my friends on FB hehehe.. :
ReplyDelete1: do you know eating is one of the examples of acts of love ?
Tejasree V :how is it possible sir???
Preeth P: what the other half cooks should be relished and acknowleged....simple..... thats love!!otherwise.......;)
1: the basic thing is all is ONE... without any break any where... if we feel the break then it is due to our ignorance... the oneness between the matter and ourselves is established by means of eating process...
