Bondage

Eternal progression is eternal bondage; annihilation of form is to be preferred. We must get free from any body, even a "god-body."

  1. I think the greatest attachment is the feeling of self. We want good things for Ourself or our loved ones or our country.. So the common thing here is our/my. Truly agreed that we must get free from this feeling of self.

  3. Yes freeing up from those presumed shackles is what most monks strive for.

But then it comes to the choice, are you driven enough to want to do that or reach that state of life and thinking. Giving up everything material around you.

  4. I think it is not that tough to give up everything material around. But to give up family, the closest people, that is probably what I cannot do because I DONT want to.

  5. hehehe

Yes family is the most toughest to give up. That is also the mental agony that most people going into Nun-hood or taking up the robes of a Monk hood face.

Then that would also be the highest attachment we all as living creatures have. And if we are able to over come that feelings of attachment and emotion. We would have crossed a huge bridge into what maybe probably classified as True sense of libration from the emotions we mortals go thru.
Which maybe the route to true steady blissful happiness.
    :) :) :)
