Opposition

The more opposition there is, the better. Does a river acquire velocity unless there is resistance? The newer and better a thing is, the more opposition it will meet with at the outset. It is opposition which forestalls success. Where there is no opposition, there is no success either.

    Opposition like obstacles or problems. I guess we should always welcome them as where there are not obstacles there is no advancement.

    hmmmmm obstacles and the process of mans overcoming the obstacles (desire, ideas, short cuts, inventions, discoveries) are the reason for man developing from a canibal to what ever he is the present day.

    River gaining velocity..... I think the velocity of the river goes down with resistance. Surely there is turbulance because of resistance :)
